Locale NFC Plugin is a free app that can connect to any NFC-enabled tag.
It is a plug-in app, so you will have to install it on your device.
How you use it:
Select the NFC tag you want to scan in the app, then tap on the button that says "Scan".
Once the tag is scanned, the action that you want to happen will start.
It supports the following standards:
Sony SmartTags, MifareClassic, MifareUltralight, ISO14443-4, ISO14443-3A, ISO14443-3B, JIS6319-4, ISO15693.
